Our website has a contact form, this means that we would need to store some information such as name and email address in order to get in touch with you. This also applies if you email us directly.

This information will be used so that we can help you with your enquiry; but would not be passed to any third parties at all without your consent.

We also have a mailing list sign up, by signing up to this mailing list, you are agreeing to us sending you emails regarding any new products, services or offers which we have available.

If you make an enquiry via the website or by email about a treatment which is undertaken by Alpha Med Aesthetics; then we will pass this information over to them to follow up with.

At the Salon

Due to the nature of our business we also need to keep records at the salon about treatments you may have with us. This is once you become our customer and it is for your safety.

We hold paper records which have details about you, such as your name, email and medical conditions which may affect how we proceed with your treatments.

These are only accessible by staff who work for either Ark (if you have a hair appointment) or The Retreat (for a beauty appointment).

This information will not be accessible to anyone outside of the respective business.
