DIANNE, DIRECTOR OF THE RETREAT
Dianne has been a fully qualified beauty therapist for 26 years. Her background is predominantly in spas where she gained valuable experience working at Ragdale Hall health hydro in Leicestershire and working for Virgin Atlantic Airways offering massages and manicures for First class flyers. Later on in her career Dianne was national training manager for various skincare companies and opened a Spa for Hyatt regency hotels in Spain. Dianne’s true passion is skincare and making clients feel good through the experience of her facials and massages.

A warm welcome is always guaranteed when Mike is in the salon. Mike Renovated and opened The Retreat,Making clients feel relaxed and making sure they enjoy their visit to The Retreat as much as possible is something Mike is very passionate about. He also makes a lovely cup of tea.
LISA ,SENIOR THERAPIST AT THE RETREAT
Lisa is a senior therapist at The Retreat and a huge asset to the company, she has over 20 years experience in the beauty industry and has built up a large, loyal client base over the past 15 years while working in Urmston. Electrolysis is a treatment Lisa specialises in. Her professional attitude whilst making clients relax and unwind is something we feel Lisa is especially skilled at.
